Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
There is no contract required and you can join month-to-month, buy a block of classes, or just drop-in when you have time.

Stroller Barre is everything you love about Stroller Strides but with a twist. Stroller Barre is fusion of ballet, pilates and barre methods that uses movements that are small, concentrated and intentional. It is a great workout for all moms!

Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Club is for YOU!!!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANY MOM, not just FIT4MOM members. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

You will have the option to train for a 5k or 10k!

We will meet twice per week for group runs, and we run rain or shine. However, please note that you do not need to attend every group run every week in order to still participate in our program. Our group runs will take place on Wednesday mornings at 9:30AM and Saturday mornings at 9:00AM starting March 15th at the Navy Stadium Perimeter Trail.

Kids in strollers are always welcome!

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after fitness assessments, 2 exercise classes per week, and full access to recipes, food journals and workouts that can be streamed from any of your devices.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. This mini session will run for 5 weeks and includes before & after fitness assessments, 2 exercise classes per week, and a private group Facebook page for motivation, coaching and support. It's a great way to try out Body Back and see if a full session might be for you.

Body Back Boost is open to ALL MOMS! Come experience a targeted high-intensity workout, get inspired and motivated in every class. Body Back features HIIT workouts (high intensity interval training) that burn more calories, increase endurance and shed more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. Whether you are brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, these workouts will challenge you and motivate you to take your fitness to a whole new level.
