Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
There is no contract required and you can join month-to-month, buy a block of classes, or just drop-in when you have time.

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANY MOM, not just FIT4MOM members. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.
You will have the option to train for a 5k or 10k!
We will meet twice per week for group runs, and we run rain or shine. However, please note that you do not need to attend every group run every week in order to still participate in our program. Our group runs will take place on Wednesday mornings at 9:30AM and Saturday mornings at 9:00AM starting March 15th at the Navy Stadium Perimeter Trail.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to
focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before
& after fitness assessments, 2 exercise classes per week, and full access to recipes, food journals and workouts that can be streamed from any of your devices.
