BEING PREPARED

When you come to class, please bring:

  • water
  • sunblock
  • mat or towel for abdominal exercises
  • baby essentials
  • stroller (any type is fine)
  • wear althetic gear and shoes
  • eat a healthy breakfast or light snack before coming to class - this is very important if you are a nursing mother
  • consider bringing a post-class snack with you, especially if you plan to stick around after class for awhile
