5k and 10k Run Club
Run Club is currently on a break for the winter. Stay tuned, we'll be back in the spring!
Run Club is designed for any level runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANY mom, not just FIT4MOM members!
Your 8 week Run Club session includes:
- Your choice of a 5k or 10k* training calendar
- Your choice of twice weekly or once weekly group runs
- Access to a private Run Club coaching page
- Weekly education and tutorials on improving your runs. Topics like posture, breathing, fuel, and shoe fit will be covered.
- Support and motivation from your FIT4MOM certified running coach and a group of fabulous moms!
- Free drop-in runs for spouses and significant others.
8 week, two runs a week 5k or 10k training - $129
